Purchase/Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Online shop - you can visit my online shop at http://www.mytrinketstop.com. Prices remain the same, delivery charges clearly indicated and secured payment.

Single/Combined item purchases - alternatively, you may notify me via email at                 (lee.leejane1@gmail.com ) to indicate your selected item/s, personalization (if any), and your delivery destination. I will reply you and advise/invoice you of the total charges (item/s and delivery charges).  Then you can make your payment via:

For local customers in Singapore

PayPal at (lee.leejane1@gmail.com).

For international customers

Only Paypal (lee.leejane1@gmail.com).

Upon receipt of payment, I will be able to send out your item (excluding public holidays) between 1-3 days.

2. PRICES

The prices displayed here are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD$). The store at Storenvy.com uses US$. Prices shown here are not inclusive of delivery postage. For any conversion of currency rates, the prevailing rates will be used.

3. DELIVERY SERVICES

Delivery is free to Singapore addresses. For the rest of the countries, delivery cost is excluded from your purchases and will be charged accordingly to the weight of your purchases item/s where applicable. Delivery is worldwide as long as my postal services can deliver. Only Singapore Post registered mail will be used which has tracking number and more secured. 

Please read: Each item is deposited in a coloured organza gift bag, bubble-wrapped in a cardboard bag/gift box in a padded envelope to protect the item for wire art creations. 
I will absorb the registered mail fee (which is an additional fee of S$2.20) to ensure it reaches to your doorstep. 

So what are you paying for? The following delivery charges are provided according to the weight of the individual jewellery pieces plus packaging. Please note the estimated shipping time from Singapore to your countries. 

Please do note that we will not be responsible for any loss of package, delay in delivery, or damage to the item/s during mailing, as this is not within our control.

All import duties and custom taxes which are excluded from the price quoted to be borne by the buyer.

4. CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

Upon receiving payment, your item/s will be processed the next 3 working days, or earlier.

5. EXCHANGE & REFUND

All items are non-refundable. You will be given store credit to exchange for other item/s that amount to the same value. However, buyer needs to send the item/s back to me in unused and re-saleable condition with packaging intact. 

6. QUALITY
Quality is assured as each piece of jewellery is made with care for our customers.
